One of the greatest joys of ministry is watching people discover who God has made them to be. I love helping people recognise their gifts, understand how God has wired them, and step into their calling. I've seen how leadership shapes people. At its best, it brings out the best in others and helps them flourish. At its worst, it can leave people feeling unseen, discouraged, and questioning the gifts and calling God has placed on their lives. That's why I'm passionate about healthy leadership and creating cultures where people feel valued and able to thrive.

Having grown up in ministry and spent more than 15 years in church leadership myself, I've experienced both its joys and complexities. I've seen the Church at its best and walked through challenging seasons too. Those experiences haven't made me cynical; they've deepened my desire to see people lead with authenticity, grace and courage. Being coached myself showed me how transformative coaching can be and it's one of the reasons I'm passionate about offering that same space to others.

I’d like to think I’m fairly unshockable and I want coaching to be a place where you don't have to pretend you've got everything together. A place where you can be honest, ask hard questions, gain fresh perspective and discern what God might be saying in the midst of it all.

I love encouraging others whilst helping people recognise their strengths, see fresh possibilities and grow in confidence as they step into all God has for them. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you in your coaching journey.

Creativity, worship, prayer, developing leaders and building healthy teams have been at the heart of my ministry.

Outside of coaching, I'm a mum to 3 boys and 1 girl and have called New Zealand home since 2011 after falling in love with my Kiwi husband and making the move from England.

You’ll mostly find me singing and dancing with my daughter or on the sideline of a football pitch, watching the endless amount of football games that the men in my life all play!
