Scottie brings over 27 years of experience in Christian leadership across a wide range of ministry and community settings. His background includes para church ministry, pastoral leadership, 24/7 Youth Work, establishing charitable trusts and community development.

Scottie is passionate about developing healthy and authentic leaders who minister from a place of growing clarity, wisdom, and courage. He believes coaching should provide a brave and personal space where pastors and leaders can reconnect with their values, develop their insights, and move forward with confidence. Drawing on decades of leadership experience, he understands both the privilege and the pressures of ministry and enjoys helping others navigate the complexities of leadership, vocation, and personal growth.
