I value coaching as a means to bring growth and change through the process of reflective thinking and practice. I bring to the coaching space an eclectic mix of leadership skills and experience which includes Senior Pastor roles (along with my wife) in both a Baptist Church and LinkNZ  setting for 16 years. Other leadership and pastoral roles include retail management, chaplaincy at Palliative Care and as a Counsellor for many years. I also have experience in co-leading a Counselling and Physical Rehabilitation practice.  I currently work as a Student Support Educator for Counselling Students at Bethlehem Tertiary Institute (BTI) and am on the Eldership team at Wainui Beach Vineyard Church.                 

Through Coaching I value the opportunity to support people (with the guidance of the Holy Spirit) to reflect on their situation and form a plan to make the changes they discover for themselves. Having had experience for many years in church leadership I understand the challenges that ministry can bring and through coaching can explore ways to fulfil all that God has called you to.

My family is of great importance to me and I enjoy spending time with our grandchildren.  Along with helping to run the household my interests include, going to the gym, playing the guitar, listening to music, making bread, and washing the car amongst other things!
