Reducing Barriers to Pastoral Leadership

The mission of the church to “go into all the world and make disciples” naturally results in growth and a need for more trained leaders prepared to equip God’s people to respond to all God calls them to in both church and world. Though not unique to Aotearoa, there is a pressing challenge: the number of emerging church leaders is insufficient to meet the demand.
