Kia Ora!  How wonderful that you are exploring a coaching journey!

I’m a pastor, a mum, a wife, and a wannabe gardener.  My ministry experience spans being a youth pastor, a lead pastor,  managing a community ministries hub, serving on charitable trusts, and working on the National Leadership Team of the Wesleyan Church of NZ in the areas of discipleship, training, and healthy church.  Prior to that I was a primary school teacher helping out five year olds with their alphabet and shoe laces!  I’ve lived, worked and ministered in South Auckland all my life, then married a small town bloke from Oamaru and spent our dating time showing him all I love about the greater Auckland region. He’s convinced, and we continue to make our home in South Auckland with our young son.

I’m passionate about healthy churches, and firmly believe that healthy churches stem from healthy leaders.  My current role focusses on journeying with churches and pastors towards health, which coaching plays a huge role in.  Having spent many years as a single female pastor before marrying my husband and having our son I also understand and have a special interest in the dynamics and complexities of being a woman in ministry; be that single, married, or with young kids!
