CliftonStrengths™ Coaching

This coaching equips pastors, ministry leaders, and Christian professionals to form a Christ-centred leadership identity through the integration of the CliftonStrengths tool (developed by Gallup) and biblical wisdom.

This formational learning experience is for individuals, partnerships and teams who desire to lead with greater self awareness and interpersonal maturity. Participants will gain a clear understanding of their dominant strengths, and how these shape their leadership style, decision-making, task orientation and relationships, including how to steward strengths with Christ-like character. We will explore the difference between healthy and unhealthy expressions of strengths, including how to recognise blind spots, manage stress, and navigate tensions with wisdom.

Through reflective exercises, practical tools, and guided discussion, coachees will learn how to lead from natural talents rather than from pressure, comparison, or burnout, while simultaneously connecting inner awareness with outward impact.

Please note: In order for a Team Session to occur, all participants need to have participated in either 1:1 coaching or an Introductory Group Workshop (prior to the team session). See more information below and costings for all options.

All forms of coaching can occur online via zoom. If you’d prefer to have our coaches attend coaching in-person then extra costs will be covered by you.

Facilitator - Dallas Harema

Dallas is an Accredited Strengths Network Coach with Masterclass Distinction, and is one of the Masterclass Advisors mentoring less experienced SN Coaches. A Masterclass Coach has completed all forms of training (Essentials, Teams & Partnerships, Advanced Coaching, Group Workshops).

“My team were lucky enough to work with Dallas to uncover what our individual strengths were and to learn how to collaborate more effectively as a team. We took a long time choosing our facilitator and Dallas was perfect. He’s intuitive and approaches everyone with great respect. Dallas listened to each team member in a way that made them feel valued. This meant that when we workshopped through areas that were more challenging they all trusted he understood their needs and views. We still talk about our core strengths today and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and valuable experience! I highly recommend Dallas!”
